Please note: As we have two return addresses, be sure to use only the return label provided by us and send your package to the address indicated on the label. This ensures that your return is processed correctly and helps avoid problems or additional costs.
The right to cancellation does not apply to distance contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated, for the manufacture of goods that have been individually ordered or selected by a customer, or which have been clearly tailored to the customer’s personal preferences.

In order to exercise your cancellation right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter, fax, or email). You may use the Cancellation Form below, however, this is not mandatory. You can start the returns process via our return portal.
In order to comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you inform us that you shall be exercising your right to cancel the contract before the cancellation period expires.

Effects of Cancellation
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal. The refund will be made using the same means of payment as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed, and no fees will be charged. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return. You must return the goods within 100 days from the date you notify us of withdrawal. The deadline is met if the goods are sent before the 100 days expire. You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. You may be required to pay for a possible loss of value of the goods, if this loss of value is due to the way in which you handled the goods, if they were handled in a way that is not necessary for testing the condition, properties, and function of the goods.

When you create a return label via our return portal, you will receive a DHL return label and return your parcel to Gusti Leder GmbH - Returns, An der Eichspitze 505, 14974 Ludwigsfelde, Germany.
Customers in Poland must use the InPost return portal to generate their return label. You will receive a return label and must return your parcel to Gusti Leder GmbH, Rosówek 42, 72-001 Rosówek, Poland.
